More information:

Looking for a different way to experience Cornwall? Enterprise Boats offers scenic passenger boat services along the Fal River, connecting Falmouth, National Trust Trelissick and Malpas, just two miles from Truro city centre.

The journey takes you through one of Cornwall’s most beautiful estuaries, with panoramic views of the Carrick Roads, wooded creeks, historic riverside villages and abundant wildlife. Spacious boats with both indoor and outdoor seating make this a relaxing trip in almost any weather.

The service is perfect for combining a visit to Trelissick with time in Falmouth or Truro, creating a memorable day out by river.

Throughout the season, Enterprise Boats also operates Truro High Tide Cruises on selected dates, allowing passengers to cruise further up the river towards Truro when tidal conditions allow.

Travelling from Truro

The easiest way to reach Malpas is by the 496 bus service, which connects with selected sailings. Parking in Malpas is very limited, so public transport is recommended wherever possible.
