Charlottes Tea House

More information:

Charlotte’s award winning Tea House was created to provide a sanctuary of Victorian calm and tranquility just few steps from the bustling city streets.

All our cakes and pastries are home-made and cooked on the premises. We use locally sourced produce and ingredients as much as possible to give you that unique, traditional taste of Cornwall.

The Coinage Hall in Truro has a history that goes back to 1302 and the halcyon days of Cornish tin mining, but the present Grade II listed building was built in 1848 and has been lovingly restored by the Coinage Hall’s owners.

Sadly, we must advise that as a consequence of the historic nature of the building, it has not been possible to provide wheelchair access to the tea rooms.
